AdminHistoryMonthly reviews were introduced to the Cadbury Trusts in 1974 by Anthony Wilson who had used a similar recording system during his tenure with the Colonial Office in Malawi. The reviews, in addition to giving a 'day in the life' account of activities at the trusts also scrutinise applications that would later appear in the minutes. Monthly reviews offer a largely unfiltered version of events prior to the issuing of formal agendas and minutes.

Reviews relate to the Barrow and Geraldine S. Cadbury Trust, the Paul S. Cadbury Trust and the Barrow Cadbury Fund Ltd. and, from August 1994, the Barrow Cadbury Trust and Fund. Reviews include lists of expenditures per organisation, lists of newly approved expenditures with minute numbers, summaries of new projects, news briefs, a chronological summary of monthly activities, the programme for the following month and a list of applications received including 'out of the blues'.

Monthly reviews for April to June 1988 and March to April 1993 are missing from this sequence.
