The minutes include reports detailing preparations for, and aftermath of, the organisations made for visiting dignitaries (including invitation lists) and the reports of the Lord Mayor's Secretary to the sub-committee, which include quotes for the manufacture of civic regalia and the projected and actual costs of proposed public meetings, civic functions and events organised on the part of the Lord Mayor's office, as well as associated correspondence and papers. |
