Tippetts in his will for distribution by the Council to charitable causes. £4000 was to be given to tuberculosis and cancer patients, and £2000 to ex-service personnel. The Tippets' Bequest Sub-Committee was appointed briefly in September 1929 to administer the distribution of this money. |
