AdminHistoryThe New Expenditure Sub-Committee was established by the Finance Committee in November 1919. Its main function was to report to the main committee on schemes involving expenditure not expressly authorised by the Finance Committee. The sub-committee was disbanded in July 1920, being replaced by the Priority of Expenditure Sub-Committee (see BCC/1/AH/12).
