| AdminHistory | The main function of the Rates Expenditure Sub-Committee was to consider and report to the main committee on the draft rates estimates prepared by the City Treasurer for the various committees. The sub-committee met infrequently, and in November 1942 was combined with the Accounts and Annuities Sub-Committee (see BCC/1/AH/7), the Local Taxation Licenses Sub-Committee (see BCC/1/AH/9) and the Priority of Expenditure Sub-Committee (see BCC/1/AH/12) to form the Accounts and Licenses Sub-Committee (see BCC/1/AH/14). |
