| Description | The minutes are printed and signed by the committee chairman. The minutes are in the appropriately dated combined sub-committee minute volumes (see BCC/1/AM/26/1). The minutes contain much the same information as those of the Finance and General Purpose Sub-Committee (BCC/1/AM/9/1) and the Estates Sub-Committee from the old Estates Committee (BCC/1/AM/14/1). The minutes of a meeting of 8 December 1955 include a schedule of proposed alterations to Birmingham Town Hall (minutes 1029 - 1030 in BCC/1/AM/22/1/36). |
