| Description | The minutes were compiled in typescript format and signed by the committee chairman. The minutes are in the appropriately dated combined sub-committee minute volumes (see BCC/1/AM/26/1). The minutes reports of the City Estates Officer on the progress of scheduled works in the five post-war Redevelopment Areas; details of compensation paid out to property owners affected by the works; accounts and statements of income and expenditure; and related correspondence and papers. There are also a few detailed transcripts of meetings at the Council House between Councillors and local property owners and businessmen with regard to these developments. |
