| Description | The minutes are printed and signed by the committee Chairman. The minutes are in the appropriately catalogued sub-committee minute volume. The minutes cease in April 1970, and it appears that the function returned to the Town Planning Sub-Committee (see BCC/1/AO/7), although it did not change its name to reflect that until 1972, when it became the Town Planning and Redevelopment Sub-Committee. The minutes include progress reports on the progress of building works undertaken in the proposed redevelopment areas and proposals for future redevelopment areas beyond the original five zones (see BCC/1/AO/11), and some associated tenders, land acquisition information, accounts and related correspondence and papers. |
