It comprised of three members of the main committee, with an initial remit to recommend the accounts to the Management Sub-Committee, so in some respects it was a sub-sub-committee. However, it also advised on other financial matters to the Management Sub-Committee, such as the composition of the accounts and insurance matters for example, and has therefore been listed as a separate sub-committee. |
