| Description | The minutes are printed and signed by the committee Chairman. The minutes are in a tied paper folder and out of chronological order. Although they have been listed below as a separate item, they are actually enclosed in the Tramways Committee minute volume BCC/1/B//1/1/7, and have been kept there to maintain the integrity of the original record as it was deposited at Birmingham City Archives. The minutes include information on major road routes and improvement works undertaken in Birmingham at this time; for example a proposed new route to Moseley and Kings Heath (see minute 25) and widening works to be undertaken on Monument Road and Ladywood Road (see minute 26) (minutes of meeting of 8 April 1919 in BCC/1/BE/5/1/1). |
