AdminHistoryThis sub-committee was appointed in January 1918, and consisted of members of the Tramways Committee, Public Works Committee and the Housing and Town Planning Committee. Its main function was to act as a point of contact with the three committees described above, where all three committees were able to discuss issues regarding the city roads in which they were concerned. The committees could, in turn, use the sub-committee to notify each other of works that were to take place, which may have affected the other committees. After April 1919, these joint meetings were incorporated into the minute sequence of the main Tramways Committee.
