| AdminHistory | The Interviewing Sub-Committee was appointed in November 1906, and comprised of two members of the main Housing Committee, and the Surveyor. Their function was to interview property owners, builders and solicitors regarding the improvement schemes recommended or plans for the properties (see particularly minute 53 in BCC/1/BF/3/1/1). The sub-committee was merged with the Visiting Sub-Committee to form the Visiting and Interviewing Sub-Committee in October 1909 (see BCC/1/BF/4). |
