The minutes were compiled in typescript format, and contain details relating to the general direction and management of the College, its courses, scholarships and staffing. Included with the minutes are annual accounts sheets (and estimates) detailing the income and expenditure of the college; inventories of missing stock and equipment; the annual Principal's Reports for the academic year; the reports of the Royal Institute of British Architects' Visiting Board; and the Annual Reports of the West Midlands Advisory Council for Higher Education. Also included are lists of members of staff taking leave, including names and the reason for absence; lists of educational visits by staff and students recommended by the Principal of the school; and lists of students selected for scholarships or prizes, again including names and the courses each student was studying. |
