| Description | The detailed reports of the Youth Grants Sub-Committee are also bound with the minutes of the Adult Education and Youth Sub-Committee (see BCC/1/BH/21/1). The minutes are signed by the committee Chairman and appear in typescript format on loose sheets stored in a black and green coloured box file. The minutes contain summaries of grants allocated to individual youth organisations with a description of the purpose(s) to which they were intended; lists of grants approved; summaries of income and expenditure of individual youth organisations; correspondence with individual youth groups and branch organisations; information relating to the training and employment of staff at local youth centres, including analyses of training programmes and job descriptions and advertisements; and the reports of individual organisations, including progress reports of the St Basil's Centre, which worked closely with the Youth Grants Sub-Committee. |
