The minutes include much the same information as that contained in the minutes of the main committee (see BCC/1/BL/1/1), except relating specifically to the redevelopment areas specified for east Birmingham. There are some draft maps depicting the areas designated as part of town planning schemes. There are more detailed reports regarding the development of proposed sites, objections made by property owners and tenants and compensation given as a result of the works for those affected by the developments. |
