| Description | Minute volumes indexed. The minutes are printed and signed by the committee Chairman. The minutes are in the uniformly titled minute volume. The minutes include much the same information as that contained in the minutes of the main committee (see BCC/1/BL/1/1), and relate to both the East and South Birmingham Town Planning Schemes. There are also copies of revised building clauses, detailed revisions of town planning conditions (for example housing densities and street widths), and copies of reports of delegations sent to look at how the function of housing and town planning was administered in other local authorities. |
