| Description | The minutes are printed and signed by the committee Chairman. The minutes are in the appropriately dated combined sub-committee minute volumes (see BCC/1/BN/6). There are also records which predate 1922 in the Baths Department copy minute book, containing the Baths Committee, Works Sub-Committee and Finance Sub-Committee minutes, dated November 1912 - July 1915 (see BCC/1/BN/1/3/1 - 2). The minutes include more detailed financial information, accounts and statements of income and expenditure than those contained in the main committee minutes, and include bathing returns, total attendances for those using swimming, bathing or using Turkish, Russian or foam baths, cafe returns, details of wages paid (including pay increases), and reports and summaries of special maintenance work undertaken with costs (also in the minutes of the Buildings Sub-Committee - see BCC/1/BN/2/1), |
