| Description | The minutes are printed and signed by the committee Chairman. The minutes are in the appropriately dated combined sub-committee minute volumes (see BCC/1/BO/19). The minutes include the reports of the Schedule Sub-Committee and the Secretary which detail the organisation of the annual shows, and document the order of proceedings and conditions of entry for various competitions (i.e horticulture, animals) that formed part of the City of Birmingham Show, lists of competitions and prizes. There is also more general information relating to the financing of the shows, equipment provided (i.e. marquees and tents for various events), refreshments provided and amusement rights for side shows, as well as a few examples of printed programmes and posters relating to the shows and events. |
