| Description | The minutes were compiled in typescript format and signed by the committee Chairman. The minutes are in the appropriately titled combined sub-committee minute volumes (see BCC/1/BO/19). The minutes include reports and information concerning the allocation of sports facilities (i.e. tennis courts) on parks and other public spaces and applications to have such facilities provided by the Parks Department made by individual sports clubs and societies. |
