AccessConditionsMany of the records of the Finance and General Purposes Sub-Committee are bound with the minutes of sub-committees that contain sensitive personal information relating to customers and members of staff, and have therefore been closed for 80 years under the provisions of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
AdminHistoryThe Finance and General Purposes Sub-Committee was appointed to investigate all financial matters on behalf of the main committee and, until 1922, while the committee also acted as a General Purpose committee, any other relevant issues so directed to it. The sub-committees were re-amalgamated in November 1934, with the minute series continuing.
