| AdminHistory | The General Purposes Sub-Committee was a joint sub-committee with Finance (see BCC/1/BT/4) until 1922. The General Purposes Sub-Committee dealt with any relevant bank issues so directed to it. These issues include a joint sub-committee with the Estates Committee (see BCC/1/AM), dealing with auditors, staffing issues, accommodation, branch issues, bank services and bank rules. This sub-committee was re-amalgamated with the finance sub-committee in November 1934 (see BCC/1/BT/4). |
