| AdminHistory | The Officials' Bonus Sub-Committee was formed in January 1920 after the main committee decided to adopt a Civil Service Award Scheme. The sub-committee was appointed to consider applications for the award from employees other than Police, Fire Brigade, Technical Engineers in the Electric Supply Department, Resident Doctors and Nurses, non-comparable employees of the Asylums Committee, Teaching Staff and Head Officials in the Education Department.
