AccessConditionsThe records of the Finance and Stores Sub-Committee are bound with the minutes of the main Maternity and Child Welfare (and predecessor) Committee, which contain confidential and sensitive information on individual patients and staff. The records have been closed for 100 years in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 1998, and patient confidentiality guidelines, on the decision of an access panel of 1 February 2007.
AdminHistoryThe Finance and Stores Sub-Committee was appointed in June 1928. It consisted of five members, and its purpose was to consider the committee accounts and authorise them for payment. The sub-committee also investigated issues regarding stores and purchasing.
