The minutes are in the appropriately dated combined sub-committee minute volume (see BCC/1/CB/5). The minutes mainly comprise numbers of schedules of accounts (with totals) to be passed by the main committee for payment. As the actual accounts are not included in these minutes, the records of this sub-committee should be looked at alongside the minutes of the main Rating and Valuation Committee (see BCC/1/CB/1/1). |
