The minutes contain are lists of properties requisitioned or bought by the committee under Compulsory Purchase Order (with compensation rents, where applicable), details on rents payable, and the purchase, development and maintenance of premises for Civic Restaurants and other similar purposes. There is also a sub-committee report of the 12 January 1949 regarding Civic Restaurants on Worcester Street, Kettlehouse Road and New Spring Street that were damaged by wartime bombing. |
