| Description | From 1874 - 1880, the main committee minutes were recorded in a single series of volumes. From 1880 a separate series of minute books were created for each committee. See BCH/AB for minutes of the Finance Committee, BCH/AD for minutes of the General Purposes Committee and BCH/AF for minutes of the Sanitary Committee.
