| Description | This volume contains three separate indexes to building plans. The first index is numerical by plan number, numbered 1 to 3389 (final entry is dated 1902). Details for plans 1 to 2925 duplicate the information found in BCH/MC/2/1/1. The second index is alphabetical by name of applicant (note that the index is not strictly alphabetical - it is simply organised by the first letter of the surname so it is necessary to check the whole of the list to be sure if the applicant appears on it). This is followed by a list of building plans that were found to be missing on September 11th 1929. Finally, there is an alphabetical index by street (which again is not strictly alphabetical). |
