| Description | This volume details those lands acquired by the parish of Birmingham during the period 1806-1906. Along with details on the name, address and tenure of the land, the terrier includes: the names of the tenants, if any, the level of rent accrued each year, the date at which the land came into the hands of the Guardians and any other remarks. As well as those rented out by the Guardians, the terrier also lists the lands on which the workhouse, infirmary and children's home were built. The volume is not indexed. |
