Within the admission section, there are columns for recording admission number, date of admission, date of re-admission, child's name in full, date of birth, name of parent or guardian, address, whether exempt from Religious Instruction, name of school, highest standard there presented, stages of specifics there presented. The progress section has columns for recording years in which presented in this school at this standard, and years in which presented in specific subjects. The withdrawal section records the date of last attendance and the cause of leaving. Not all the columns are filled in.
