There are also minutes of occasional meetings of the Ladies and Helpers' Dinner Fund, which raises money for school dinners.
Enclosed with the minutes of 27 November 1906, letter from Gertrude Dale to Moses Berlyn apologising that she is unable to distribute the school prizes; with the minutes of 20 January 1907, letter from Lawrence J Libgott to GJ Emanuel requesting leave of absence and asking that the extra money he is paid for teaching the Pupil Teachers date from September 1905, not December 1906, 1907; with minutes of 27 April 1907, letter from W. Taylor to Moses Berlyn giving news of his wife's health following an injury and asking Mr and Mrs Berlyn to call on her, 27 May 1907.
