There is a page per member of staff, property, prize fund, or gift.

Information about land and property includes the date of purchase, amount paid, and sometimes information copied from the property deeds. Some of the properties mentioned in the volume are: the New Cemetery, Witton, the Old Cemetery, Chequers Walk, and the Burial Ground at Betholom Row, pp. 5-7.

Information about prize funds set up by members of the Congregation includes the date that the fund was set up and the amount given, and sometimes an extract from the trust deed. Prizes include the Rachel Sacks Prize, p. 13-14 and the Moses Moses Prize, p. 15.

Gifts can be books or other artefacts, for example, p 8, Simeon Greenberg gives a Scroll of the Law to the synagogue to celebrate his son Alfred's 'attaining his religious majority', 1870.

Information about staff includes date of engagement, terms of employment, amount of salary and salary increases. Staff members listed include Moses Berlyn, p. 10, Rev GJ Emanuel, p. 9, Lewis Levetus, p. 24

Other information includes a note of an unsuccessful attempt in 1872 by the Jews of Dudley to form a Congregation, p. 29; a list of Wardens of the Congregation from 1855, p. 30; the balance sheet of the Synagogue Building Fund, pp 45-46; information about the election of a First Reader in 1872, including a list of candidates' names, p. 52; a list of Trustees of the Congregation, p. 64;
