DescriptionSheet 1018: Map sheet entitled: 'Plan endorsed on Conveyance for Messrs. Harrison and Wood: John Tookey to Richard Charles Tookey, Alfred George Tookey and the Misses Tookey. October 8th 1868. Shows the Old Tree Inn at junction of Key Hill and Hockley; Adjoining cottage on right-hand side; Houses numbered 14 and 15 adjoining pub on left-hand side, with 6 stall stable and brewhouse behind, with entry at side of house, passage behind house, stable and brewhouse to yard at back of pub; Yard situated at back of pub with smaller yard, assembly room, other outbuildings and features; Bowling green situated at the back of the yard. To the left of the bowling green is shown lands belonging to Colonel Vyse demised to Mr Thomas Hill. To the right of the bowling green is shown Key Hill House and Grounds, the residence of Mrs Stephen Hill.
