| AdminHistory | A number of programme groups were established by the Cadbury Trusts' to act as de facto sub-committees made up of relevant trustees to advise on particular subjects. Though technically an independent entity this process began with Southfield Trustees advising on penal affairs matters from the 1960s to 1994. Following on from this the Minority Arts Programme was established in 1980/1981 to administer small minority arts grants in the West Midlands. Following the merger of the Barrow and Geraldine S. Cadbury Trust and the Paul S. Cadbury Trust in 1994 new programme groups were created to oversee each grant category. These programmes periodically change to reflect shifting Cadbury Trusts' priorities. |
