| Description | Minute book with enclosures including annual accounts with subscription lists, agendas and supporting notes, proposals, minutes and reports. Minutes are not signed. The minute sequence may appear to have short gaps of missing minute numbers. In fact the sequence is complete and the apparent gaps relate to the nature of the meetings, i.e. regular trustee meetings versus quarterly or annual 'formal' meetings and how these meetings were minuted. Annual and quarterly meetings are recorded on separate pages while the more informal trustee meetings are recorded in a running sequence. Any gaps in this latter sequence mean that it was interrupted by a run of quarterly or annual minutes recorded on separate pages, usually on khaki paper.
