Cadbury Trustees and Fund Directors approved three years of support at up to £50,000, from the Fund and Trust for the first year and from the Trust only for the second and third years. In 1995 the Trust continued its support at £10,000 for core staffing costs. This grant was rescinded in 1996 with payments transferred to the Fund. In 1995 the Trust agreed to annual support at £60,000 for five years. In 1997 the Trust approved a grant increase of £10,000 per annum plus a renewable grant of £5,000 for individual education, training and welfare costs.
