| Description | This volume is a stock book, which essentially records what provisions the school has used on a week-by-week basis. Each page contains a list of various food items (e.g. bread, meat, rice, etc.) with columns for 'brought forward', 'new stock', 'total stock', 'stock given cut [sic]' and 'remaining in stock', with quantities entered for the food items in respective columns. The front of this volume encloses some miscellaneous correspondence regarding tenders for supplying various foodstuffs. Also enclosed is one sheet of rough calculations. |
