Unlike the previous stock books, this volume deals with stock of non-consumable goods, like clothes. Each page contains a list of various non-food items (e.g. clothes, brooms, brushes, combs, laces, matches, etc.) with columns for 'brought forward', 'new stock', 'total stock', 'stock given cut [sic]' and 'remaining in stock', with quantities entered for the food items in respective columns. |
