| Description | Entitled "Plan and Survey of the Parish of Edgbaston in the County of Warwick belonging to Henry Gough[(-Calthorpe)] [3] bar[one]t and others, surveyed in the year 1787 by J[oh]n Snape." Front of volume contains original reference to MS 2126/3/5c/3a. The first section is arranged by plot number and gives owners and tenants name, gross and clear areas of land and note of 'situation'. This final column is rather faded. A second section covers 'publick roads' and a third the areas of land totalled under landowners names.
In the latter parts of the volume a series of other 'References' to other plans [as yet unidentified] has been appended: - 'Reference to the Plan of Leasows surveyed for John Richard Delap Halliday Esq. Aug. 1794', folio 41. - 'The Estate of John Rich[ard] Delap Halliday Esq. at Hayley Green in the Parish Halesowen and County of Worcester & Salop. Survey'd Oct. 18th 1794', folio 43. - 'Reference to a Plan of Ashted in the Parish of Aston and County of Warwick. Survey'd for the Assigns of Mr John Brooke. 1794 Henry Kempson', folio '46'. - 'Reference to the Plan of Vacant Land at Ashted to be let for Building upon', folio '52'.
