DescriptionPhotographed by Coventry City Council City Engineer's Department. Round tower twelve feet wide and five feet deep found beneath an old timber building in Derby Lane. It was built of stone and clay. Norman and medieval pottery was found. A rough sandstone floor was found nine inches below the cobble stone floor.
