DescriptionDocketed “Sends accounts for Count Szechenyi’s engines, viz. Thomas Wilson & Co. Danube No. 4, 2 35 horse engines; Rothschild & Co. Danube dredge, 10 horse engine. Invoices of remainder of the Danube dredge materials, and of spare articles for the Donau and Pannonia. Last of the materials of the Danube 35 horse engines were sent off yesterday. Invoice tomorrow. Soho’s new boiler may be ready in 3 weeks. Suppose it will have to be detained at Soho. Sends letter from Post Office agent at Dover, requiring particulars of smiths’ account for Crusader, Salamander, coppersmiths’ account, and of [?] for Spitfire. Norwich engine 50 horse in a backward state, but hopes to send castings to keep them going. Enquires when Wilkinson should start.”
