For the proprietors of Walker Colliery - Charles Brandling of Gosforth House (executor of the late William Ord of Fenham), William Peareth of Usworth House, Durham and Henry Utcirk Reay of Burnhall, Durham. Winding engine, for Fair Pit, Walker Colliery. This was the fourth engine that was ordered for Walker Colliery and is usually referred to as "Walker Colliery Fair Pit".
