For the Bank of England:
"Sketch for a "Lift" at the Bank of England" - coloured plan and section on tracing paper; coloured original and coloured reverse section and plan of the top and bottom of the frame, section of the piston stuffing box, section and plans showing guide pipes and piston vault, cross-section and plans showing floors, stairs, walls etc., components of the hoist (reverse drawings only). These drawings were made in the London office and sent to Soho. All except the first item bear letter codes.

For the Bank of England West End Branch:
Coloured original drawings and coloured copies, all on tracing paper - elevation and plan of the frame (the copy has a drawing of the balance weight cylinder stuck on the back), sections of the frame, plan at the basement (the copy has a sketch of a chain and pulley stuck on the back, stuffing box [?]; plans and elevations etc. - sheet of coloured reverse drawings (final version of the drawings on tracing paper); plans at basement and ground floor levels - tracing and coloured reverse drawings; cylinder for balance weight - drawing on tracing paper. These drawings were made in the London office and sent to Soho. All bear letter codes.
