DescriptionBrown Shipley & Co., Tug Boat (BL & BM). Two 35 horse power side lever boat engines, with 35 inch cylinders, 3 foot strokes.

Cylinder and slide etc. - 2 partially coloured drawings; upper headstock frame - 2 coloured drawings; disengaging clutch - 2 partially coloured drawings; paddle shaft and plummer block etc. - 2 coloured drawings; paddle shaft - tracing; plan and sections of the boiler - 2 partially coloured original and 1 partially coloured reverse drawing; paddle wheel, outer block etc. - coloured drawing (also used for the London Engineering Co. and the Camaragibe).

Longitudinal section of the engine room and plan of the deck - 2 partially coloured drawings; side view and plan of engine - 2 partially coloured drawings; cross-section of the boat showing the engines and paddles etc. - 2 coloured drawings; plan of the sleepers - 2 coloured drawings; cross-section at the after bulkhead - 2 partially coloured drawings.

Beam and cross bars, air pump bucket - coloured drawings. Most of these drawings were made in the London office and some bear letter codes.
