For the Austrian Lloyd's Steam Navigation Co. One set of drawings was used for all six sets of engines. The second pair of engines to be sent, GA and GB, was intended for the Germania but was lost when the ship carrying them sank en route in 1848. Therefore the third pair of engines, FC and FD, originally intended for the Europa, was placed in the Germania, and the Europa received the fourth pair, FE and FF. The name of the boat which received the fifth pair, FG and FH, is unclear; Engine Order Book No. 13 gives the boat as the Italia, but the note is only made in pencil, and Boat Engine Book No. 6 does not give a name for the boat. These drawings were sent to Soho Foundry, and were kept separate from the drawings in the Drawing Office book.
