23 June 1809: Our return home. To sell all the fir timber at Garth and all at Maes gwyn not wanted for beams. Boards from Mr Protheroe to be brought home & to time the carriage. Where Boards are to be deposited. Shall return plan of Cencoed soon. Masons to be agreed with at such prices as he can. Mr R, Boulton wants part[icula]rs of estate at Tenbury.
28 June 1809: James refuses Mr Cameron's estates. I will £900 for Cwm Gwillim & 22 y[ea]rs purchase for Gelligaytre. Gare declined.
04 July 1809: Drawings & directions per coach.
05 July 1809: List of drawings etc. sent per coach. Maes gwyn timber to be all sold as cannot be drawn home. Deal timber falling in price. Doldowlod & Cencoed repairs. To get Mr Wislet to come over & set out the work at Cencoed.
