09 November 1810. Burnthouse exchanges. Wish him to settle with G. Evans soon. Concern a[bou]t Mrs Newton's decease. Mem[orandu]m about butter. Spruces sent to Gladestry. Damsons now to be distributed.
22 November 1810. Letter received by me from T. Evans. Objections to him as a tenant in some other respects approve of him. Parry, wish to know the truth about his management Letter from Simms to my son. Have thoughts of disposing of Wyeside Estates. Meanwhile planting to be gone on with.
15 December 1810. Complain have had no answer about Wyeside Estates. Parry. Tho[ma]s Evans. Terms on which I engage with him if no better appears. Berdsmore's affairs to be investigated. Cannot agree to the proposals for the Mill.
