27 February 1811. To James Crummer: Alterations in Beaumonts lease to suit it for Mr Blaxland. Agree to the term of 12 years, though with reluctance. Directions to conclude with Mr B[laxland]. To be merciful to Evans. To pay Mr Cheese's acc[oun]t & to remind him of the plants he was to send my son.
1 March 1811. To James Crummer : An error in Mr Wishlade's sketch of Badland. To purchase some more of the common if he can reason[abl]y. To advise whether he approves of my division of the allotments. To advert to my order of Oct. 30th for plantation above Stonehouse. I will settle his acc[oun]t with Mr Chippendale if he desires it.
6 March 1811. To Mr Wishlade: Sent plan of Badland & want true dimensons & plans of doors & windows.
