03 December 1813. To James Davies: About selling Gladestry estates & desire him to advise with Mr Crummer thereupon. Also about letting Badland farm on e[hi]ch heads I had had no answer from Mr C[rummer]. Hint Feriar should go on with the spring crops the same as if I were to hold them still.
07 December 1813. To James Crummer: In consequence of his [le]tter of 30th shall give up the selling my land at present. Proposal of separating Stonehouse from Llanakiddy to be considered. Mr Ferrier to prepare for his spring crops as usual as i shall hold the farms for another year. To keep the houses in proper order. Price of corn against our letting the farms. Prices of corn at Birmingham.
16 December 1813.To James Davies: Repetition of letters to Mr Crummer on the above subject & on Badland house. Mrs W[att] will send a small parcel for Mrs Davies p[e]r coach.
