The letters were transferred into a modern folder in the ?1970s with letters from correspondents whose names began with Y and Z, and numbered B&W/M IV/ Box /Bundle U,V,Y,Z in 1987.
Y and Z have now been listed after the correspondents whose names began with W.
In 1999 they were transferred into archival folders.
