Has sent my letter 24th Oct[ober] to the Marquess to Mr Blake to be shewn previously. Has not heard from Arago. Mrs Turner's health improved. Remembrances from Cap[tai]ns. Hamilton and Smithett. The old boats still in use, but not equal to those of the French. Returns to Rooksnest on the 24th & hopes to find a letter from me. |
